The setting was particularly good and comfortable. The kitchen area had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. Everything was simply really good.

Overall experience was nice. Convenient location adjacent to Hampton Court Palace and Kingston city center, and the room was decent sized. Staff was excellent and helpful. Having a walk-in shower was great. Having kitchen was a bonus.

I think it's an enjoyable base for a longer stay.

They were spacious and surprisingly bright, even the ones in the basement. The location was great, easy to find with a nearby car park, and it was so convenient for visiting Hampton Court. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

If there was one thing that could be improved, it would be the breakfast choices.
